Coffee and croissant. perfetto.

The room is actually a whole in the mountain, so it is a cave. That is one of the coolest living experiences in my live. The location is just great, it is located right in the historical center. The view from outside of the room is fantastic ! The host is very friendly and helpful!

The location was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room on the 2nd floor had a great view. E-mail communication was smooth and I received a reply immediately. As for the restaurant reservation, We was able to have a wonderful time because they reserved the seat I wanted with a good view.

Set in a restored Tuff-stone building, Hydria Rooms is a guest house located in Matera, 60 metres from Sasso Barisano. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The room as exactly as in the pictures, was clean and comfortable! It had everything to use the bath tub and has great, We thought the location was inside the historical area which is not, we actually wanted something in that are due to the view and other reasons but still pretty close to it

Located inside the Matera Sassi UNESCO site area, Residence Le Vie Del Mosto offers air-conditioned rooms and studios set in renovated stone buildings.Matera Cathedral is 300 metres away. Best stay I had in many years. Located in a very authentic place-in Sassi. Recommended for the ones who really want to experience Matera. Very nice and helpful staff, breakfast at a nice place. Can’t recommend more.

We couldn't have chosen a better place: an amazing room with a view of the valley, the warm welcome of the host Martino, the detailed explanations he gave us about the city of Matra, a minutes' walk from the Sassi quarter, the wonderful breakfast... wholeheartedly recommend.
