Featuring a restaurant and cafe on site, Blabjorg Resort is in the fishing village of Borgarfjordur Eystri, 71 km from Egilsstadir. The place is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Restaurant is serving good food. Next, you gave the pub where you have craft beers from their brewrery. Is good. The cherry on top is the pool with sauna. Great place to relax after traveling. 100% recomand.

The host put out bread in the morning and had good coffee.

All units at the guest house are equipped with a seating area and a TV. the house exceeded our expectations! we could feel hospitality of the owners in each detail. we had plenty of space, fully equiped kitchen and even hot tub available. animals of the farm were super cute. thx a lot!

Located by the harbour in Höfn village, Oldairline Guesthouse offers a shared kitchen/lounge, plus free WiFi and parking. Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon is a 1-hour drive away. Super homey and comfortable guesthouse. Really nice dorms, really good beds, fabulous kitchen. Perfectly arranged and managed by owner. A delight!!!! Completely advisable.

Guesthouse Birkifell is located in Höfn and offers accommodation with a garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace. Free WiFi is available. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. We loved this amazing little cabin at the foothills of the mountains! So peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic and had incredible views. Hosts were amazing and had 2 very friendly and playful dogs. Close to a glacier which we managed to have to ourselves after a morning hot tub. Heating and hot water in the cabin was great. Beds very comfy.

If you are looking for a heartly warmed stay, you should stay at Dynjandi. We slept there during our honeymoon Icelandic trip. It is situated less than 10 minutes from Höfn by car. The host is super kind and at your complete disposal for everything, from drying your wet clothes to funny and useful tips for your journey. Extremely recommended!
