The breakfasts were wonderful! The host tweaked recipes, and the food that she prepared was pleasing to the eye as well as delicious. It was also very plentiful! Indoors or out, you will be surrounded by beauty at this B & B! The host was very helpful. If this is the first place you stay at on your vacation, you might be tempted to use it as the standard to compare the rest!

In the heart of the town of Monaghan, the family-owned Ashleigh House offers free WiFi. Guests can enjoy access to the garden and outdoor patio area. There is also a communal TV lounge. Breakfast was lovely, delicious. and Everyone from B&B were very kind and welcoming. Place was clean and quiet even it was very close to middle of town, highly recommended to stay!

Offering a restaurant, Riverbank, Country Pub and Guesthouse is located in the countryside 10 minutes’ drive from Carrickmacross. I arrived late in the evening and the hosts were exceptionally accommodating. I had dinner at the pub and the staff arranged for my taxi the following morning. The food at the bar is also very good. I very much enjoyed my stay here, would definitely visit again for longer.
