In a quiet corner of Clifden, this quiet haven of rich comfort and classic Irish hospitality is just 93 steps from the vibrant buzz of Clifden town centre. Wow, what a beautiful little place. The accommodation is right in the heart of town, close to restaurants and pubs, and the drive in and out was superb. The room was more than satisfactory, with a lovely shower. Breakfast was amazing, with the salmon and scrambled eggs being the winner, but the Ful Irish Breakfast was enjoyed by my other significant half.

Quietly situated, Mountain View Guesthouse is an Irish Tourist Board approved family-run 4-star guest house. Very friendly host, good breakfast and a very clean room.

Buttermilk Lodge is 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, so you can just park your car and easily walk to town. We stayed in BnB's almost exclusively during our 2 weeks in Ireland and the Buttermilk was hands down the best of all. The room was lovely, breakfast out of this world and easy walk to town.

This acommodation was just perfect. The rooms and beds were so comfortable. Very clean and cosy. Mari helped us with all we needed and made our stay just perfect.

Situated in the picturesque village of Leenaun, the Portfinn Lodge offers views of the Maumturks Mountains. The house is on the southern shore of Killary Harbour, in the heart of Connemara. Very caring hosts! The Lodge is situated in lovely surroundings.
