Rooms are huge and well-designed, location is just a few blocks from the central park, staff are friendly, there are lovely common areas to sit in and a kitchen you can use, it's super quiet (there are only 6 rooms) and a really great base. If you're looking for a place to meet fellow travellers then it's not really a hostel, more a nice hotel at hostel prices! So it's not easy to meet others here as it's so small and quiet, but if you're looking for somewhere relaxed and nice at a bargain price I can't recommend it highly enough! Amazing included breakfast too.

Hostal Choja is a recently renovated guest house in Quetzaltenango, near Quetzaltenango Central Park. Very friendly staff, incredibly helpful. Close to the city center , not bad WiFi, hot water , clean place. If u want to cook , not bad kitchen, free tea. Totally recommended.
