Housed in a 100-years old, stone building, En Patmo offers elegantly decorated, self-catering accommodation in Skala of Patmos, just steps from Agios Ioannis Church. I have stayed in many places and have never had a better host than Katerina. She far exceeded usual expectations in looking after us, changing the towels regularly and checking every day to see that everything was okay. The location was absolutely ideal, right next to a charming Orthodox church in the centre of the town. We were renting part of what used to be her family home and it was blessed with an authentic historical character that is hard to find, along with excellent facilities. The bells ringing on Sunday morning were no problem for us - they were enchanting. We walked all the way up to the Monastery in Chora several times and were delighted with the whole experience.

Maria Studios is located in Skala. Free WiFi access is available throughout. The port of Skala is 500 metres away, while the nearest beach is at 300 metres. Lovely ground floor room with comfy beds and beautiful bougainvillea above the outside terrace seating. Close to the port, cafes, tavernas. Maria and Vasilis are both amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Located 1 km from Aspri Beach in Patmos, Anestoula Rooms offers rooms overlooking the garden. Restaurants and cafeterias are 500 metres away. The property offers free parking on site. The best part of this property was the location in the port town of Skala in a quiet street and the amazing and attentive hosts. The hosts met us at the port and drove us to the property making it easy for our family. The hosts provided us with as much information about the town and restaurants and gave us special morning treats during our stay.
