We've stayed here a couple of times already. The hosts are very friendly, reply to our messages quickly. Although we arrived late (after 11 p.m.) each time, they prepared dinner upon request. Not every guest house is ready to do that. The room is spacious, clean, with a nice view. There's also a veranda! (Photo attached) :)

Everything about this place is perfect. Walking distance to the city centre with a perfect view, really helpful and welcoming hosts, great breakfast, clean and cosy room were just perfect. Highly recommend !

Rural bucolic setting right by the entrance to Vardzia. Owner makes you feel at home. He is so welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and abundant.

Very friendly and welcoming people, you feel like you are really at your own family. Communication was easy and straightforward. Room is very clean and well maintained. Especially I liked bed which was very comfortable. There are some others complaining shower is too close to toilet, but it is usual for traditional Georgian homes. If you want generic international experience then why are you looking for "family host" at all? Great value for money.

Cozy guest house with home made breakfast in a quiet area close to borjomi national park. The host Roma, was very accommodating and offered us rides to wherever we needed to go. Fantastic service, very customer oriented. We loved our stay and would recommend Roma's place to anyone wanting to visit Borjomi and its national park.
