The guest house also offers facilities for disabled guests. Plenty of room, everything we needed and great hosts. Wish we’d stayed longer. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had in Ireland.

The property was in the perfect location, the room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable.

I loved the comfortable beds, the spotlessly clean space and most of all the welcome we recieved was second to none. Breakfast was made to suit our needs nobody was left wanting.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. we loved the area, the donkeys on the farm , the beautiful view of Derry from the cottage . The host Karen was was lovely and very helpful . the cottage itself was very comfortable with everything we needed, plenty of hot water and warm enough and the beds very comfortable.We would definitely stay again . A fantastic base to see all the sights in Derry and on the Antrim Coast .

Just a 5 minutes’ walk from Magherafelt city centre, Brooke Lodge Guesthouse features free WiFi available throughout and free private parking. Lough Neagh is located just 3.8 miles away.

The residence is within the grounds of the 200-year-old Groarty House, which boasts a sun-flooded conservatory with panoramic views across Derry and the surrounding areas. The house and setting is stunning. There were Holsteins grazing outside our window. The hosts are very thoughtful and accommodating; breakfast is plentiful; all clean and quiet. We didn’t rent a car so friends dropped us off there. Twice the host gave us rides into Derry. We took a taxi back on Saturday night. The taxi driver had no trouble finding it, and it was inexpensive.

Really lovely place, quite cozy and warm, it was raining that day but the room quite warm, thanks to my host, Stacy. I had a very good dream that night and also I love the bed! So soft!
