Less than 3 miles from the historic centre of Canterbury, this luxury B&B enjoys a rural setting within its own oak woodland. the host was very interactive and clearly enjoyed what he did. there are extensive grounds and the overall value for money was brilliant.

Right on the high street with loads of restaurants and cafes within a few mins walking distance, some which you get discounts at as a guest! Super friendly and hard working host, Jamie couldn't do enough to be helpful. Gorgeous suite with great views from all THREE windows, very comfortable bed, super clean in every single part of the place. Amazing artefacts to look at for the history buff such as an original telegraph machine! Generous selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. Could not recommend this place more!

Fantastic place to stay in Ashford. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Debbie is amazing person and also makes the best breakfast in the world. I can recommend it to everyone and if we come to Ashford again we can't imagine to stay anywhere else.
