The host is very accommodating, helpful, organized and communicates well. They reassigned us to another room prior to our arrival due to a TV maintenance problem. They sent me a text to let me know and I appreciated that effort to make sure we had a properly working TV and for the communication. They set up a taxi pick up for me for an early flight. The room is very pretty with plush, new carpet, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, nice coffee & snack station and very clean/new feeling bathroom. Large plush towels and bathroom emergency kits provided as well as access to kitchen use as well. The security front door opens to a lovely foyer prior to the individually locked rooms. We felt very safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is well kept and pretty, it is quiet also. From the train, we walked a few blocks and were there. Perfect for what we needed!

The location is perfect. We had a lovely and very comfortable room, with nice, personal touches, and a super bathroom. The Full English Breakfast was probably the best I have ever had! The family/owners were delightful; so very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Nestled within the quaint charm of a Victorian Villa dating back to 1871, Cornerstones Guest House awaits. Tony, the owner is friendly and helpful and runs his guesthouse with great care, attention to detail and efficiency. The Cornerstones was spotlessly clean, the room was comfortable and the English breakfast was the best I have ever had.
