Check-in and communication were great, and the staff were very kind, polite, and happy to answer all of our questions. The keyless rooms are really convenient; you can open the building door and your room from your phone or use a number code if your phone dies/no internet etc. The room itself was clean and perfectly comfortable for two people. The bed and pillows were very comfy, there was plenty of hanging closet and shelf space, and the bathroom towels were good quality too. The location was very central, so we were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see, and if something was a bit farther away, there was a convenient metro stop near the hotel. Inside it was very quiet, much more peaceful than I had expected, so coming back to our room felt like a nice escape after a long day of touring the city. I would definitely stay here again!!

Also, talking about the room: quiet, with a good bed: it is a simple place, where you feel cosy!

They offer water, coffee, tea and some muffins, which is really good! The location is very nice, close to Barceloneta for a walk. It has super markets and good restaurants really close.

My little girl loved the marshmallow and the gummies. :) There is a superb breakfast with great variety. The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is excellent. 10 mins walk to the Aquarium or to the zoo, close to the Ramblas, and it's next to the gothic quarter with its zig-zag little streets busting with life and nice little shops. Absolutely recommend it!

We went with a little dog and the hosts were very friendly and kind. All in all a beautiful experience and definitely recommend
