Gråsten across the water , Sønderborg and many small towns to explore right there - Dybbol Nordborg one of the most SMUK areas of Denmark. Take a friend take your family take your kærester. Very beautiful property and modern bathrooms/ toileter. We were accommodated with 2 apartments perfectly. We cooked pasta, tea, and toast. Hosts love to please!! Hosts are extremely helpful with location history!! There is a 5-century old church in Broager exquisitely well-kept and open for tours/visits. Love.

Excellent value for money and the included breakfast is amazing. But the best thing about this visit was the evening meal. Absolutely brilliant food. Best steak I have had in a long time.

Peaceful location in lovely grounds. Not a standard hotel - a bit more communal (unforced) eg all eat dinner at 6 pm with a focus on finding peace and slowing down . Many rooms to read and study in. The manager showed us around and explained the concept even though we were really just passing through. Also very good value for money by Danish standards

Situated next to Schackenborg Castle in the picturesque village of Møgeltønder, this inn dates back to 1687. It offers free Wi-Fi, tastefully decorated rooms and a gourmet restaurant. One wonders how close to paradise a hotel can come. Schackenborg Slotskro comes a very close! Yes its pricey, but its worth it if you can afford this luxury. Este apartamento de férias está situado na aldeia de Døstrup, a 5 km do Mar Wadden, no sudoeste da Jutlândia. The owners were fantastic and hospitable - they gave us a tour around the place and we could watch the feeding of animals - which was lovely! The hosts put a lot of heart into the farm and you can really see and feel it! Even though the farm has animals the room was very silent at night. The place is a renovated original farm building, which gives a very nice feeling... The bed is super comfortable, the place was warm, the shower worked and you even have a small but well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare a meal. We did not choose the breakfast option, so no opinion about that. The surroundings are great - you can have food or coffee outside at the table, and there are places to have a nice walk. Very close to Romo and Ribe.

Located in the southern Jutland town of Rødekro, this inn is 12 minutes’ drive from central Aabenraa. It offers free Wi-Fi and a restaurant with seasonal Danish cuisine. Very good quality on ALL levels at a very fair price. The breakfast and service was superb! The hotel is located near the railway station and major high ways and include chargers for electric cars.
