Perfect location in being only a few blocks from the centre but on the edge of town with a fabulous view from the terrace. Owners were incredibly kind and there to help with whatever was needed. Coffee and filtered water were always available as well as ability to use the kitchen.

L hotel d aquesta familia està situat en un extrem de la ciutat de Filandia, sobre les vistes dels camps i de la posta de sol. La ciutat, al estar elevada sobre la resta del terreny, té unes excel.lent vistes. L hotel en si mateix es petit i amb poques habitacions, ja que no pretén ser un una cosa que no es. La zona comuna, com la recepcio i la taula on serveixen el bon esmorzar, està just al lloc on millor es pot disfrutar de l entorn. Bona terrassa, també. Les habitacions, menys la de 5 que està en el pis superior, donen al pati, i tot i no tenir vistes, estàn decorades amb criteri i carinyo en els detalls, sense ser recarregat. Regentat per una família culte, discreta i tranquila. Està situat al costat del bonissim restaurant Helena Adentro, diria que el millor restaurant de tots els que vam estar en la nostra estança en Colombia; bona música, menjar, ambient, decoració... També en poble de Filandia ens va agradar molt, inclus força més que el popular Salento; menys masificat, carrers endreçats amb bona arquitectura i bon comerç, Plaça Major amb encant. Molt recomenable la visita al parc natural del Barbas Bremen, on t endinces dins d un bosc de "niebla", de vegetació exuberant i on hi ha monos aulladores, (nosaltres no els vam veure i tot i aixi, tota la familia ho vam disfrutar enormement). En cas d anar-hi, bàsic portar bones botes ja que el terreny es molt enfangat.

Very nice accommodation, spacious private room, the receptionist was very kind to wait for us since we arrive late to the hostel. Facilities are good, water pressure is great, hot water works perfectly (and very well needed). There’s a small store downstairs where you can do laundry for a small price.

Nogal Hostel offers modern and clean facilities, centrally located from well-rated restaurants and bars at walking distance. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was tasty and filling. More details from our stay: My friends and I occupied 3 private rooms and had the hostel almost to ourselves, making our experience very familiar and comfortable. Personally, I stayed in a Private room with Shared bathroom. The room was large with closet space, fan, TV and it was warmly illuminated and decorated. The bathroom was easily accessible (next door), was always clean, and offered a hot shower with strong pressure. A great stay overall.
