As other commenters have said, the house itself is actually an antique, a piece of local history, and very beautiful. The old pictures on the wall in the dormitory are of Monika's great grandparents who founded Jardín. Monika has a heart of gold and is a vibrant character within the fabric of this paradise town. She went out of her way to help me with whatever I needed. Her puppy and two cats are so cute too. Beds are basically double beds. Rooms get cleaned every day. Beautiful garden out the back too for chilling/eating breakfast etc.
