Located in Puerto Nariño in the Amazonas region, Refugio Maiku Puerto Nariño has a garden. This was a very pleasant stay. Good location in town, 5-10min walk to restaurants, stores and the port. The terrace was my favorite place, incredible view on the Amazon river, great place to relax and chill. Wi-Fi was surprisingly good, Claro has a great coverage in town too so data works great. Israel and his sister Mercedes were very nice to me, Naider arranged my tours with local guides (Diego was superb) at reasonable local price, tours were fantastic,

Providing free WiFi, a sun terrace with a swimming pool, garden and restaurant, Casa Azul Reserva Amazonica is located in Leticia. A stay at this hotel starts with a twenty km drive from Leticia, then a very nice two-three hours walk (here you will need a guide and to be reasonable fit) through the jungle before you arrive at the guest house, which is far from any other houses or native communities. I enjoyed my three days, in the middle of the jungle, there so much. I listened to the jungle sounds, did excursions, was spotting birds and insects (highly recommended nightly excursion to watch the tarantellas), ate the delicious local food (most of. it from the hotel's garden), talked to the nice hosts about living in the jungle, and cuddled with the two cats and dogs. Highly recommended place!

Was a real pleasure returning every day to my room, with its very comfy bed, and lovely bathroom/shower. I liked it so much I stayed here twice! They also helped me with laundry, which was really nice (and cheap). The owner is lovely, and was very helpful with all my questions. I really recommend this spot in Leticia.
