The nice view from the bedroom, the parking lot, the decoration, the terrasse, the trampoline for our child, and that all closed to the village and activities.

Situated in the Piéton district of Gruyères and just 80 metres from Château de Gruyères, Au soleil de Gruyères chez Chantal provides free WiFi and mountain views. The location was incredible; so beautiful! lt is within the town fortified by castle walls and close to both the castle and the Maison de Gruyères. The Maison Cailler was only an hour walk away. The room was also very close to some beautiful nature views. Chantal was very welcoming and accomodating and speaks English well

Bed & Breakfast Region Murtensee is set in Münchenwiler, 5 km from Murten, 25 km from Bern and 13 km from Fribourg. This place is by far the largest room we have in our 2-week long trip in Europe. It is a nice large studio with an extra bedroom. Some views to the village street, goats and hills at the distance. Nice and quiet. No AC, but it was fine for us in early September. I'm not sure how it is in the heat of summer. Breakfast brought to our room in the morning, very nice host who likes to please her guests. Pay with cash.

Guesthouse La Moliere is situated in Murist and offers a garden and a shared lounge. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. We had a superb stay and loved everything. Warm welcome beautiful accommodation, perfect location. We were sorry to leave.

Located in the small village of Villarepos, this hotel is 4 km from Lake Murten. Very clean hotel, very high level service, either in the fantastic restaurant and in the hotel. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Gruyère Rooms is located in the historic center of Gruyères, Gruyère-Rooms offers you a wide range of different rooms, free wi-fi, a private outdoor garden, a shop where you can watch cheese being... We had a great stay at Gruyere Rooms. To our surprize we were upgraded to a larger room with a large bathroom. The location was the best, right in the center of the old city. We highly recommend it.

Situated in Schwarzsee and with Forum Fribourg reachable within 26 km, Pension fein & sein features water sports facilities, allergy-free rooms, free WiFi and a garden. The staff were amazing, a small cozy We ended up getting free breakfast, it was really good.

Montbovon’s Hotel Pension de la Gare is just 100 metres from Lake Lessoc and offers free WiFi and free parking. Rooms at the Hotel Pension have wooden furnishings, a desk, a wash basin and wardrobe. Great location, beautiful view, clean and tidy room. As it was off-season for tourists, I was the only traveller in the hotel during my stay, but the manager was still very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well organised and delicious! The manager prepared an extra croissant for me every day after learning that I like croissants. The shower gel in my room was taken away by a previous guest and the manager replenished it with two, lent me a hairdryer and provided me with extra pillows on request. If you are planning a trip to Château-d'Oex or Montreux, I highly recommend staying at this good value hostel. I will be coming back very soon!

Boasting a sauna, Au Petit Gîte Les Paccots is set in Châtel-Saint-Denis. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can use the sauna, or enjoy mountain views. The property is beautiful. It was perfect for a visit to Switzerland. In the mountains, but only 30 minutes from Lausanne. I was treated with such kindness and hospitality. I can only imagine the property during ski season.
