If you arrive from the Sun temple, it’s not bad to get to, but of course, like all properties, coming from the Yumani port, it’s a an uphill adventure against altitude. If you want to go to Las Velas, it’s the perfect location because it is the closest accommodation. Since may be walking through the forest on your way back and need a flashlight, it’s very easy to find your way back. It’s also on the way to one of the lookout points from which it’s about 10 minutes to get there. The path to it continues past Las Velas.

He couldn't have been more helpful or nice to us. We also had the opportunity to stay in the tower room which was unforgettable. He is such a talented guy to create this. Amazing value given what he has built.

He had great suggestions for where to eat and directed us to a fantastic traditional music and dance show just walking distance from the Hostal. He also allowed us to stay in the room longer because our plane was leaving later in the day and he arranged for transportation to the airport. He could not have been more helpful or kind.

With city views, this accommodation offers a patio. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and lake. Mario was super kind and very attentive. He made sure my stay was a pleasure. The breakfasts were amazing and the view perfect. Highly recommend this hostel fir all.

We arrived at Inti Wasi after a day of travelling and Yanette introduced herself and brought us all a cup of coca tea to our room which just set the tone perfectly. The lodge was a tranquil and gorgeous place and you can really notice the care that the family put into making your time there enjoyable. The breakfast was so good before a day of hiking around the island - eggs served fresh everyday! They have a restaurant too so if you are feeling tired then you can enjoy fresh homemade pasta and pizzas there in the evening! Just an overall 10/10 stay and could definitely have stayed there longer - Isla del Sol has a piece of our hearts thanks to this amazing place and people!!
