This place is unbelievable gorgeous, the room is enormous with the ocean right in front of me! Both sunset and sunrise moments were unforgettable. The two hosts were so friendly. If someday I come back visit South Africa again, this will be one of the places I would like to stay longer. Everything is done to perfection : Decor, space, cleanliness and very comfortable bed. Location: Peacefull, very relaxing with a lovely walk down to the beach and shops. The host, Hennie, went out of his way to make sure all is good and we have all we need during the week we spent there. We will definitely go back if we have the opportunity. The host was pleasant and accommodating to whatever we needed upon arrival. It’s a quiet street with everything you need to unwind at the property. The indoor fireplace is a lovely amenity for summer or winter. There is plenty of seating space, the kitchen is fully equipped and the walking shower and spa bath was quite a treat for us. I would recommend this place and will definitely be back again. Thank you Retha (host).

A lovely, neat, well thought of house to stay in. The view looking out towards the veld is calming, and the area is relatively quiet. The pizza oven outside is an added bonus, and there is ample space to cook, eat, drink, and be merry. The hosts were welcoming and lovely to communicate with. The extra touch of fans and hairdryers is a great addition.

The unit was sparkly clean & very comfortable. It was quiet & felt like a private home. Great location and views. Lovely to simply walk onto the beach. The host was warm & friendly. He met us personally and gave us good recommendations on things to do and restaurants. He even had a wood fire standing ready to be lit in the braai outside. The bean to cup coffee machine, milk & rusks were a treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our quiet weekend away from Cape Town. The area is so quiet and peaceful. At night you fall asleep to the sound of the waves breaking and wake up to the birds chirping. We would definitely be back and highly recommend Fairview. We were able to bring our miniature schnauzer with, which was great. It was exactly what we were looking for, so thank you to our great host who made our stay even more enjoyable.
