The guest house is very spacious! Has all you need, just everything is thought of it’s very clean and comfortable! A nice break from hotels! Julia was amazing too! Helped us fantastic with things to do and even send a package after we left 2 items behind, such a lovely and helpful lady! In a lovely area, really easy to drive where you want! We did the Hollywood sign in 10mins down the road haha. Don’t hesitate just book it! LA is amazing!!!!

Beautiful guesthouse, with everything you need for your stay. Great communication from the host, who was lovely. Off-street parking is available, this property is a great location if you have a car to travel around as we did as it is very central. We loved our stay here as it felt like a home away from home with a comfortable bed, airconditioning, TV with apps loaded to stream from, large fridge and freezer and plenty of storage space to unpack. We highly recommend and would stay here again when we are next in LA.

Perfect neighbourhood with easy parking. Very spacious, clean and the backyard is amazing. So nice place to chill and relax. Eric is a very easy going person. He helped us a lot with some questions and responded immediately to our requests. I will definitely stay at this place again if I get back to LA again.

This place is quiet and good for rest / sleeping. The house, room, and garden are very nice. It locates near down town but not too busy. Another good thing is private parking space easy to go in and out or move our luggages. We stayed at this place for 5-6 nights while attend the conference at LA convention and also travel to nearby places such as Santa Monica, Hollywood, Disneyland, and Joshua national park.

Very nice house near LAX airport in a very cozy area in Marina Rey. Host is very kind and the place is very clean. Totally recommended
