The owners of villa Inci - Sevgi and Hüseyin are really nice and kind people! They will make sure that your stay there is very pleasant and comfortable. The bedroom and whole house itself are very clean, I really liked that! Villa Inci is around 10 minutes from main beach in Ilica. Just across the road you have Starbucks for example, also many supermarkets nearby. There is also lots of parking space for your car in front of villa. Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and convenient. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had a washing machine and dishwasher. Loved the large drinking water dispenser and the shower had great water pressure. Prompt responses to messages. Absolutely stunning 180 degree views over the harbour / marina and towards the islands. Super comfy beds and walking distance to restaurants etc.

It’s centrally located in Çesme. it’s near all the shops and restaurants. The building is an old house from an older era. The owners offered us breakfast earlier than the conventional time because we had to leave earlier. a great move
