After checkout we had access to a shower and bathroom. When we arrived, we had booked a room with one large bed for two friends. The staff immediately told us that we could change for a twin bed room if we felt more comfortable. We arrived late and the staff waited for us and recommended late restaurants.

It’s a good value. It’s very clean, close to sightseeing, a very very very friendly staff. A woman gave us chopped watermelon. The price is low but it includes breakfast.

The host is very welcoming, nice and helpful. We felt at home from the first minutes. Breakfast was amazing. We choose the Thai porridge and weren't disappointed. It was very tasty!

Great location, get a taxi like Grab or Bolt and go anywhere. The owner is also manager, he is super helpful, just ask him anything, he and his families are ready to help. They opened breakfast counter for me at 12:15PM because I had work till night on my laptop. I was very surprised that they opened breakfast station at 12 Noon, a Five star customer service.

Location is about between the old city and newly built malls and close by the train station. The house is spacious and owner is extremely helpful. Little garden at the back is pretty neat and sweet.

We loved this property. The staff was super helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do around town and where to eat. The room was very nice. Loved having a balcony over the river. Got up for sunrise everyday to watch the sun come up over the temple across the river. Bed was very comfortable and they cleaned the room up a bit everyday while we were gone.

Free bicycles we could borrow to explore Ayutthaya The owner gave us very good tips and showed us a great route through the city Good location, central to visit all attractions Great host that doesn't hesitate to fulfill individual wishes like organizing transport to the trainstation, earlier breakfast etc.

Everything! Duke and his team are great, helpful and kind. Although the residence is away from the city center, it is actually a plus as it is very peaceful ! We rented a motorcycle from Duke for 2 days so it was perfect ! The room was simply perfect, clean, comfy and beautiful

Near to Ayuththaya town and van station. Room conditions are good and clean. Staff are very friendly and they have guidelines and information about Ayuththaya attractions. They rent bicycles for touring.
