This is a lovely little guest house run by an incredibly kind and caring Thai family. We were made to feel so welcome at T&N, it made our stay in Ayutthaya special. The guesthouse is in a good location for the main attractions, definitely walking distance. It is down a small street, so off the road and away from any traffic noise. The rooms are comfortable with adequate storage space, a mini bar with cold drinks, including beer, and snacks. You just pay for what you take. The air con is quiet and very efficient, the shower is great - lots of hot water and decent pressure. The bed was comfy and the linen clean and fresh. We were given a lovely breakfast every day, included in the price. The mango and sticky rice is delicious! There are tea and coffee facilities in the reception area that you can use free of charge plus two fridges full of cold drinks which you can buy at a reasonable price. Every day, when we returned to the guesthouse, we were given a container of watermelon, very refreshing after the heat and dust of the city. The guest house offers a laundry service, again at a very reasonable cost. We went on a boat trip, which can be booked via the guesthouse, and both really enjoyed it. At 200 baht per person, including a tuk tuk to the boat, it was good value. The owner's daughter speaks English very well and helped us with our sightseeing plans. We hired a couple of bikes for the day, 50 baht per person. The bikes are well maintained and made it easy to cover a lot of ground in one day. We stayed for 5 nights and would have been happy staying longer. We really were treated like family! Must also mention the little dog, so friendly - he loves having his tummy tickled! During our stay there were a couple of families and it seemed like the guesthouse waa a great accommodation choice if you are travelling with children.

Beautiful clean rooms. Green courtyard. Very nice breakfast. Free water and snacks. The staff is really nice and helpful. Great location. Free bikes (although they are a bit old). Totally worth the extra money.

Great location, get a taxi like Grab or Bolt and go anywhere. The owner is also manager, he is super helpful, just ask him anything, he and his families are ready to help. They opened breakfast counter for me at 12:15PM because I had work till night on my laptop. I was very surprised that they opened breakfast station at 12 Noon, a Five star customer service.

It is a cute little family run hotel. It is on the riverfront and is conveniently located near restaurants and the Ayutthaya National Park. The service is excellent. The owner and his family were extremely helpful in planning our Ayutthaya stay. The pictures are exactly what you get.

Wonderful place, we booked a room and it proved to be a full size apartment with three separate bedrooms, a dining area, small kitchen and a bathroom :) Very good breakfasts, beautiful garden with a swing and hammocks to chill. We loved the place a lot Owners are simply amazing - super helpful and kind. We had a possibility to use bikes (they even had bikes for our kids!) and a bathroom with shower long after heck out as we were having a night train to Chiang Mai. The distance to the Temples is just a short bike ride, there are shops and restaurants nearby.

Near to Ayuththaya town and van station. Room conditions are good and clean. Staff are very friendly and they have guidelines and information about Ayuththaya attractions. They rent bicycles for touring.
