Loved the location, quite close to the party but at a safe distance from the noise. Marissa was extremely helpful with the amazing recommendations for food, view points etc and Daniel was too good a company for all the hidden spots in this island. Extremely sweet people and very warm & welcoming. Most importantly as a solo traveller I completely felt safe there.

They offered us free upgrade closer to the beach. Staff are helpful and friendly, allowing us to check out late, free coffees and snacks at the reception, room is cleaned daily, strong wifi, nice pool area with slide, and beautiful location just right in front of the beach

Everything was good, the room is very specious with a balcony, the bed is very confortable and the location is near by the beach and it's quite. And the best here is the manager Gift, she's very kind, friendly and always spread the good energy. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Majoituspaikan henkilökunta oli töykeä ja epäkohtelias. Henkilökunta hoiti hyvin epäammattimaisen tylysti asiakastilanteen edellämme, eikä suostunut maksamaan kahdelle asiakkaalle avainten ”key deposit”. Tämän jälkeen hän korotti ääntä minulle ja sohi sormella kasvojani, kun kysyin saammeko avaimen tunniksi ilman key deposittia, sillä olimme juuri nähneet edellisen asiakastilanteen, jossa hotellin asiakkaat menettivät 300thai bahtia henkilökunnan takia. Asia ei hoitunut ja henkilökunta väitti, ettei edellistä näkemäämme tilannetta ollut tapahtunut eikä henkilökunta ollut valmis keskustelemaan asiallisesti tilanteesta.
