Located in an area with satisfying privacy and close to both the BTS Skytrain and SiPH hospital, the room was really spacious, decorated with furnitures of adequate sizes and positions. The staffs were really nice and welcoming as well.

KS Singapūra

We were well taken care of by our friendly hosts. Location away from the hectic tourist centre of Bangkok, in a local neighbourhood - you can do however much or little as you want. We saw another tourist just chilling at their breakfast area the whole morning with a book and coffee. We also visited a nearby local temple at the recommendation of Gus' mother. We enjoyed the local Wang Lang market for its food, affordable clothes and shopping. Rooms were clean and pleasant - at the price we paid, definitely value for money. Beds on the harder side, but not a bad thing for us. The best thing is the memories we made with our hosts Gus and auntie. Auntie is the sweetest lady and when she heard we wanted to take photo with her, she excused herself to get changed and doll herself up to look good for the photo, she is so cute and friendly and makes a great plate of Mango Sticky Rice :) 100% will stay here again when coming back to Bangkok. This is a true Bed & Breakfast local experience - and the irony is that they are not even on AirBnB!

Well placed, near temples and good restaurants. For the price, it's hard to beat. Did not try the restaurant, but it looks very good with decent prices.

It's a 3-min walk to Above Riva, 7-eleven, 5-mins walk Wat Pho, and 10 mins walk to Grand Palace. They also allow us to leave our baggage while we are in tour which is helpful for us. 40 mins drive from dmk airport. We also arrived late at night.

The staff were wonderfully warm and hospitable - they were most helpful when we needed a shirt ironed for dinner. The breakfasting was outstanding!! The afternoon tea was delightful and a lovely touch! The location, while it may seem removed from the city was actually very convenient to The Grand Palace, Wat Pho etc. and only a short walk/taxi/Grab away from the rest. It is clear that no expense has been spared in the restoration of the building, with all the modern amenities like AC, showers with great hot water/pressure, and beautiful antiques lining the place. Accommodations like this just don't exist anymore! Wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for a truly lovely stay.

The owner was quite enthusiastic and agreed to let us late checkout without extra charge. It’s clean-accommodation with cozy design. The location is quite convenient, in the morning there are many delicious restaurants and stores near the hotel.

I enjoyed the place and owner greatly. Free coffee was tasty and to my liking. Sitting on the balcony in common area in the morning made me appreciate the day. Easy walking distance to several temples. The owner even invited me to eat with them. Exceptional hospitality. More info but must keep this short.
