Our stay was simply lovely. The amazing couple who own the properties go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much for them and they were always on hand to help whether it be to order a taxi, give directions, replenish room supplies etc. Each morning they served us with a wonderful breakfast. We used the bikes provided. The location is great, near shops and a few minutes walk from a gorgeous beach. We shall be rebooking for sure.

A hidden gem! If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Phuket area this is the place for you. Pools are clean and well-maintained, beds comfy and food is affordable and delicious! The family who run the place are so kind and went above and beyond to help us when we left something in the room (and flew to Bangkok 😬) This place felt like a dream that I will return to time and time again. Be aware that the place is located in a rural area surrounded by rubber tree plantations and while you can borrow bikes, there isn’t much within walking distance so you need a car or scooters. very close to airport too which is nice and some great beaches not too far away.

The apartment complex is quiet and there's plenty of space to swim or chill out on a lounger. The host was friendly and gave us the room information long before arriving so the check in process was smooth. The condo was in great condition, clean, private with a comfy bed and a good view from the balcony. Baan mai khao doesn't have any restaurants itself but there are several restaurants with delicious Thai food within a 5 minute walk along the beach front.
