It was dirty and there was no Wi-Fi at all! The water came out of the toilet the bed was smelly the mold on the shower curtain! Blood on my pillow just disgusting for 1000 BHAT a night not worth it! I just stayed there cause it’s near the airport!

Myself and my partner had a really enjoyable stay at Gecko Hotel. Super Clean, Comfortable and excellent value for money. The owner, Peppe, is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We would certainly stay here again if we come back.

I especially like the location of the guesthouse and how quiet it is, although it’s in the middle of chaweng. It’s vibe with the garden and the pool are much nicer then some of the more expensive places there. The owner is super nice and friendly 😊 The rooms are simple and clean with a fridge, and quite spacious.

It has the best street food conveniently located just outside the hotel reception and it’s so yummy and cheap! The host Sandy was so so lovely and super accommodating, she was so helpful, polite and made us feel super warm and welcome! Great place to stay if you’re landing or flying early the next day. Pool area is big and really sociable, easy to meet new people. Dorm beds are comfortable, with own plug and light. AC works well. Soap in the showers, hot water works. Curtains on the beds cover all but one side. Staff is really helpful and can book tours and transfers for you.

The hotel is only 10-15min from the airport so taxi is pretty cheap (200TBH) also it is 1 min walk from pier (You can get boat to Koh Phangan ) There is lovely bar in hotel and staff are also very helpful . couldn’t fault it . Lovely place to stay and even if it’s ok busy road you cannot hear any noise !😊

He used to be a timber. We loved the paneling of the wooden structures. The attention to detail was lovely to see - but also Charlie is a warming host, very passionate about hospitality and super easy to talk to. Thanks for the lovely conversation today. Highly recommend this place. Quality vs. price is beyond. Great location, close to the airport and super quiet and private.
