Beautiful, peaceful location in the mountains outside of Banska Brystrica! The woman who ran the hotel was extremely friendly and nice (as was her son that we spoke with on the phone). She was very accommodating to our requests throughout our stay. She even shared some special Slovak cheese with us! Price was extremely reasonable!

The little Pension St. Maria is located 15 km north Banska Bystrica, in the Velka Fatra and Nizke Tatry/Low Tatras national park and consists of 2 buildings, a garden with a creek in the middle.

The rooms are big and warn. Heating system very good. And we appreciated the bathtub! After skiing that was great.

Great, quiet location but near enough to town to be convenient. Balcony was great. Breakfast was great and three different types of coffee! Good conversation and some local history. Parking lot was nice.

Excellent and very friendly staff. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want comfy beds, clean bathroom and great breakfast to start your day! 4 minutes by car to Europa shoping centre and another 5 minutes to the city centre. Will visit again

i really liked the location. it was a short trip to near hospital i needed so i was happy with everything. there was all you needed close to apartment such a shop or some food/bar/pizza. the place was nice,very clean and confortable. Host were very nice and forthcoming, answered any questions or helped with any needs.

The family-run Art Pension dans le Parc enjoys a quiet location next to the city park, just 100 metres from the historic centre of Banská Bystrica.

Everything was really beautiful. The location is very near to the centre (8 min), bathing place (20 min), shopping mall (20 min), store Tesco (4 min), park (1 min) and other interesting places by foot. Accomodation is lovely, perfectly decorated and relaxing. The contact person is very nice and kind person. Breakfast has been delicious.
