The kindest, most caring, and generous hosts! Sparkling clean accommodations, and exceptionally delicious fresh farm to table food from the property. It was an absolutely stellar amazing experience, the best guest house in Breb! For first timers, there is only one restaurant in Breb that is remote and hard to get to, a tiny market, and no bank or ATM. As such, the property you stay at SO important. I extended my stay because this beautiful guest house was so incredibly wonderful, peaceful, warm and comfortable. My Highest recommendation!

This year I gave perfect feedback already more than once, for Casa Pribegilor I'd like to give even more if it was possible. Since the moment I arrived to Breb I felt like I'm at home. Everything started with very warm welcoming from the host. House and rooms decorated in traditional style what I liked very much. Place is very clean, with fresh air and total quiet. Same breakfast with traditional and local specialities is very delicious what I really recommend from my side. Owners are very kind, polite and helpful. In the summer period owners prepare also lunch and dinner, if not I highly recommend restaurant La Lenuță în Susani with really delicious local food and very decent prices. With really big pleasure I'll come back to stay here even for longer than one night.

Beautiful room appointed in traditional Romanian style in a picturesque village. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was a great location for exploring nearby churches and monasteries. The absolute best thing about this place is the wonderful hosts. They made us feel very welcome and we loved talking with them over meals. We learned a lot about Romania and the traditional way of life in Maramures. The food was excellent and were among the best meals we enjoyed in Romania

Very warm and hospitable host family. The room has all the modern comfort with traditional exterior. Shower was warm with good pressure. Mosquito nets were installed on all windows. The mattress was comfortable. This is an authentic Maramures experience where we got to stay on an operating farm instead of a curated touristy guesthouse. The family of 3 generations remained busy with their daily work. Due to my friend's food allergy, we did not dine with the family. However, Luca and his mother still showered us with tea and cakes. We appreciate the quiet and serene backyard too. Come and experience for yourself.

The hosts were warm and friendly and managed to overcome our language barrier with grace and good humour. They offered coffee when we arrived and home made Horica as soon as we sat down. The room was spacious, clean and so comfortable - the best bed in over a month of different hotels/pensiones! The ensuite bathroom was spotless. And the handmade embroidered wall hangings were simply beautiful. We were offered dinner for 50RON pp and it was a delicious 3 course traditional meal. This pensione is located in the traditional Romanian village of Breb in the mountains of Maramures. There is only a very weak internet signal but you will not miss it. A wander around the village and you will be so glad you switched off.

We stay there for 4 days with our 71 year old mother. It is a very beautifully situated old house with modern facilities. The hosts, Irina and Radu, are very hospitable. Every morning we had an well made delicious breakfast fresh made from local ingredients on the terrace in fantastic surrounding. The coffee is good as in an Italian-Esspresso-Bar. If you want, you can also get a well-made dinner made from local ingredients for a fair price. If you love holiday in a comfortable but natural and sustainable atmosphere you will find your paradise at that place. It is, as Irinia says: A peacefull and quiet place.
