Our stay was a highlight of our trip. Cristina and Nuno were the perfect hosts, and we felt like friends more than just guests. The breakfast was not only delicious but beautifully presented in a lovely warm dining room. We also enjoyed two lovely traditional dinners which were exceptional. We liked Nuno's port so much that we purchased a bottle to bring home with us. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Our accomodation was very comfortable and the parking was easy and convenient. This is a very special place. Thank you Cristina and Nuno!

The room was wonderful, the balcony was amazing with its views over the river and valley. The area is tranquil. Tomas the owner was extremely helpful even allowing us the use of a microwave. Once the pool has been completed this place will be outstanding.

This is a remote location which after 5 weeks of heavy travel was much appreciated, beautiful views. The earlier reviews noted it was smart to bring my own food which I did. It was a wonderful retreat for a few days! This place is clean it is comfortable and the host is the absolute best. Daniel made sure I found his spot by guiding me there himself due to a road closure, the next day when I got turned around he helped me again. He is gracious very accomodati g and makes awesome PORT!

Its an old farm house with tons of charm. We were welcomed by Sophia and her gang of happy dogs. Sophia has been very kind to us and we felt very welcome. The house is situated near a nice small town where you can walk to for a coffee or beer. The region is really very scenic. Many things to do.

The staff were excellent - there wasn’t much English but their dedication to the Palacio and its guests were evident.

Everything was perfect. From the warm welcome to the beautiful view! We stayed in one of the bungalows. There is a big wow factor when you enter the apartment: big bay windows with the most magical view. And the bungalow is quite spacious, super clean, comfortable, quiet, decorated with taste! Margarida and Luís were also amazing, with great recos and attention. The wine tasting was also a fun experience. Luís' passion for wine is contagious.

The family is very lovely people. I had the opportunity to stop grapes I will go back there in a heartbeat. I feel like I have made some friends at Casa do Poco.
