Jó felszereltségű szoba. Hűtővel ellátva. A szábához tartozott egy hatalmas tetőterasz, ahova ki lehetett ülni kávézni, beszélgetni. A házban volt egy közös étkezőkönyha, ahol ingyen kávéval és teával szolgáltak. A vendéglátó kimondottan kedves, segítőkész olt. Térképen megmutatta, hogyan juthatunk be villamossal a központba. A villamosmegálló 5 perc sétányira volt, ahol jegyautomatából lehetett jegyet venni.
