Stayed for one night. The staff greeted us very friendly and were welcoming. The room was prepared for us very clean - the bed was extremely comfy. The room had power socket very conveniently located next to the bed and a huge TV with Netflix. It is also located very close to the hot springs.

From the other hand, it can be noisy, because the buses start at 5:30 am and people standing in the line to the bus to Machu Picchu can be loud.
