Ruben was the man. Made us tea even though we showed up late and the room was as nice as they come in mollepata. 10/10 would stay anytime I’m in the area. Best hospitality in Peru and that is not a lie!

    The Garden House is ideally situated for an early morning visit to Humantay Lake, as it is close to Mollepata but in a more rural setting. The guesthouse is immaculate, with large clean rooms and a lovely outdoor garden area beside a rushing stream. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast very good, even though I asked them to provide breakfast very early in the morning. Easiest if you have your own transportation, as the guesthouse is pretty remote.
