Lovely breakfasts with local dishes which changes daily and can be catered for vegetarians. Well equipped kitchen to cook your meals. Good sized room, comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure. Close to plaza de armas (8-10min walk). In a quiet location so no noise when sleeping.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the main square, there is a market nearby and across the road are the colectivos going to the Sonche canyon. The room we had was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower hot. There is a shared kitchen available for use where you can cook basic meals with the equipment available. The staff is kind and helpful. The owner Manuel also speaks perfect English.

Tofi even went with us to a great local restaurant which we would also recommend. We were very grateful for his help also in finding us a second hand camera and even going with us to meet the seller which was really nice of him. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, cheap laundry service and a decent kitchen with a coffee machine.

The hosts were so lovely, really helpful, speaking French and Spanish. The food at the hostel is really good - one of the best pizzas I've had in Peru, and the bread is homemade and yummy. Close to the bus terminal and 10 minute walk at most to the plaza, it's also nice and quiet.
