The room is lovely and beautifully renovated with all the luxuries. The bed is also very big and comfy. Breakfast felt like a fine dining experience and we absolutely loved all the flavors and dishes that came out. Definately a great place to treat yourself for a weekend away.

Communication with property owners was very good . Any questions were answered quickly and they made themselves available if you needed anything during your stay. In fact they sent a message a day after our arrival to ask if we had any questions or concerns. We arrived at Amsterdam airport prior to check in time and they were able to accommodate our early arrival. The houseboat itself was equipped with some fresh fruit, coffee, basic condiments, and a small well stocked fridge with goodies! Soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as a hairdryer were provided in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Ample supply of towels. The neighborhood was quiet and the houseboat was within walking distance of a tram stop and less than a mile from Central Station. We were able to walk to a few very good restaurants.

We rent a room two months ago. Best price for the things you get. Close to a center, you can walk, also bus from central station stops infront of the object. Nice view, nice staff. We left a luggage before our chech in time in a room near the reception and then when we came we took it from there and brought it to our room. LandLust Guesthouse is absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The location is convenient too, close to buss station to Amsterdam, 10 minutes walk by the river. The Purmered is beyond beautiful little town. We ordered a breakfast in room that was made for us every day with fresh goods. The hosts were very kind and didn't bothered us at all, and they recommend nice things to do in their town. I can't praise this place enough. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Amsterdam.
