Teresa was super nice and helpful. She gave us great information about the island, best beaches, restaurants, scooter rental, ... We felt very welcome and could always text her when we needed help or information. Communication was super easy. The place is quiet, cosy and colourful. We would definitely come back here if we need a place to stay in Cozumel. Thanks a lot for everything!

Had such a great stay at Carlotta guesthouse. I booked it very last minute and Leydi was super helpful and organised someone to meet me for check in. Everything was explained so well. The room has everything you need - a balcony, a nice bathroom and a reasonable sized bedroom with access to a small kitchenette. Leydi offered lots of great recommendations of places to eat and where to visit around the island. She even organised for a scooter to be dropped off at the guesthouse the next morning for me to rent which made my short trip such a breeze! Unfortunately the power on the island went out at 4am and the aircon wouldn't work which made it impossible to sleep but obviously not the hosts fault!

La Casa was perfect for an overnight stay, and I would come back again! The beds are comfortable, wifi is good, location is great (center!) and the hosts were very kind and helpful! The house is beautiful and very peaceful, a little oasis in Cozumel!

We were welcomed by Celeste who was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was the best check in we had in our whole time in México and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thank you Celeste! The pool was great and we were able to rent snorkels. All staff were very available to give information and help and we also loved the little pool.

The hostel is close to everything you need and has a very familiar feel to it. The room was very comfortable and I loved the decorations and paintings. Abel the owner is a diver himself and can arrange some diving lessons and tours for you. It’s also a great place to meet fellow travellers. I will surely visit again!

The loft offers everything that you need from kitchen equipment to towels and shower items. Very nice and extremely helpful hosts. They welcomed us, helped with renting a scooter, finding a laundry place, booking a snorkeling trip,… We had a great time and hope to come back.
