Additional materials have been prepared (sightseeing objects, places to eat, object to see). The house is clean and all possible extras are prepared (first aid kit, tea and/or coffee, dishes, spices, etc.). Even though the apartment is heated with wood. In cool weather, you will be welcomed by a cozy warm apartment. Everything to kerp up with heating will be ready. (there are also instructions). The only request is to change the wine bottle opener. Comfy double bed and sofa, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and bedding. Added bonus- powerful hairdryer :) Host was welcoming and helpful, answered all our questions. I could not recommend this place highly enough!
