I could not be happier with the choice to stay here for a little over two weeks as I got my bearings back in Sri Lanka at the start of a long trip for research and work. Sameera has been extraordinarily hospitable, kind, and attentive. More than this, however, he has become my friend. Most nights we hang out on the beautiful deck he has built, drinking a few beers and watching the sun set while sharing stories about our lives and families. I've met many of his local friends, too, and through my time here have come to feel not only completely welcome, but like I belong. If you want a really comfortable place to stay, with well-maintained facilities, consider staying here. But if you want to really get to know folks in the local community and build meaningful connections and amazing memories, DEFINITELY, this is the place for you. I'll be back, for sure.

Loved our stay in this beautiful house. TJ and his staff were fantastic and made stay here very comfortable. TJ was a mine of very interesting information on Colombo and the history of this house. We were fortunate enough to stay when the house was used for wedding photography which gave us an unique insight to Sri Lankan weddings. We were served Sri Lankan breakfasts by Dilshan who explained all the dishes to us and don’t forget to take a dip in the pool.

Pretty much everything. The room was really great and large. The view was fantastic from the room, and the host was also really helpful. Loved the stay.

The check out timewhat I read was12 noon. But they said it’s 10am. Whereas they charged me extra 1.500/- for late checkout 2.30pm I informed them earlier I’ll be checking out at 2.30pm for train schedule but they remained tight lipped until I arrived the location. Unhappy with their services. Not upto standards.
