I thought this was a fantastic place to stay. The room was very comfortable and had everything you might need, plus some thoughtful extras such as hairdryer, books, a deck of cards. I was welcomed with a tray of coffee, pastries and fruit. The host was very friendly and always available to answer any questions and help with ongoing travel. I have to say the breakfasts were amazing. It was quite a spread and very delicious with different items every day and obviously prepared with great care. I was very happy with my stay and would come here again if I had the opportunity.

We absolutely loved our week at Villa Nine84 - it's in a beautiful quiet location a short walk to Coconut Tree Hill and Parrot Rock for surfing, with many restaurants nearby. The two villas are huge and brand new, with every comfort catered for. There is a kitchenette with fridge which is really convenient. The size of the room meant that I could comfortably work during the day in the air-con, which made a huge difference to having to work in a restaurant or co work space. The bed is super comfortable, with beautiful bed linen and bath towels, and the owners went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Thank you Manori and Sandun - we will be back!

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast on a beautiful terrace with green and flowery surroundings. Perfect location, out of all busyness.If you like to hike, you can walk from Coconut Tree Hill, which is just a few min away, to Mirissa beach, it will take you around 25 min, we did it every morning and evening, with a pleasure, otherwise take a tuk tuk. Big compliments to the host family, very sweet and helpful people, all the best for them.

First and foremost, Sam and his family are exceptionally good hosts. The Inn itself was on the beach,any . you would be in the sea! The inclusive breakfast not only sets you up for the day but possibly puts you back to bed because there's so much of it. Apparently, there's no translation for portion control! Also, no breakfast was the same over the 7 days that we stayed,originally booked for 5. It's that good. The evening dinner was an extra, but well worth it.
