This is a truely amazing place! Everything is fantastic- the room, the cleaning, the breakfast, the view, the lovely couple Saman and Nilani. We stayed for 28 nights and they really made us feel at home. Nilanis cooking is absolutely great and Saman arranged some unforgettable tours for us. Our stay at Saman Beach guest house will always be in our hearts!

Nice quiet location a short ride away from the city. The Villa and rooms were very clean and modern, and the staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and lunch as well. Can really recommend this place.

The family room we were in was exceptional. Inde, the owner, arranged a tuk tuk tour for us, we picked up fresh seafood at the market and he cooked the best meal we had during our whole stay in Sri Lanka, he arranged a vehicle for us from the property to the airport. In short he made our very memorable trip to Sri Lanka the best vacation we’ve ever been on!

Nice large room with good bathroom. Quiet location but close to all the action. Incredibly friendly host who helped us with our departure. Tasty breakfast and great value for money

Very clean and well maintained. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The food is also very good and they offer Breakfast Lunch and dinner. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Beach Haven as a place to stay at Galle Fort. It provides great value, in a perfect location in the middle of the fort area. The rooms have everything you need and there are some shared common spaces guests can use as well. The staff were very helpful through the check in process and provided good recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with many of the bucket list Sri Lankan foods I was so excited to try on my first morning in the country (dahl, curries, hoppers, pol roti, pancakes, pitthu, fresh fruit, etc).

The host is so open hearted and was constantly available. Even when I had problems with the police, he came to help me without me asking for it. He did it selflessly. He gave us a lot of tips for our trip and alltogether spent a lot of his free time for us. His wife as well. I wish them only the best.

Wonderful location. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. Closer to the beaches and if you are looking for a calm environment, this is an ideal place. Really worth for the price. Highly recommended.

Best place ive been in 4 weeks of travel in sri lanka. You get your own little house next to the hosts, the room is very clean and spacious. You get a smart tv and mini fridge too. The hosts are a family that live next to you. They washed some of my clothes and made me the best breakfast ive had. Honestly one of the most genuine people ive met. I wish I could have stayed longer, I really didnt want to leave. If I come back to galle, I’ll make sure to book this place again
