Such a hospitality of the villa owners! They made us feel like home. The room was very clean. We got everything we needed to stay 11 nights. Great shower and comfortable bed. Lovely terrace to spend evenings. Having a fridge was also a huge plus. It was lovely hearing singing birds in the garden and watching wildlife. I miss our mornings having lovely breakfasts in the terrace!

Perfect nice & clean place basically right on the beach, with good restaurant and Turtle rescue center in the neighborhood. In the end we received nice gift from the collective. Recommended !

I really can't write a good enough review for these fantastic hosts and this absolute paradise of a location. Four of us arrived for a 3 night stay in Bentota and I had organised ahead that we would like to mark our 25 year anniversaries on the beach. Our hosts went above and beyond my expectations by decorating the beach for a little ceremony, decorating our rooms and providing a stunning meal with the freshest fish imaginable. It was all perfect. After this our hosts also took us to the local sea turtle hatchery, got up super early to take us to Marissa whale watching, showed us the ancient fort in Galle, Coconut rock view point and turtle beach where the turtles come and feed from your hand. They also showed us the best places to eat and generally couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Thankyou 🙏

The rooms are lovely and clean and there are only 4/5 rooms in total which make it very peaceful and relaxing. It is a couple of minutes walk from a soft sandy beach. The staff were outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was utterly delicious! We ate the devilled prawns with side dishes of salad, rice and fries which I highly recommend as well as the banana fritters for desert. The breakfast was also wonderful. We stayed just one night before travelling back to the airport but I wish we had stayed longer! I cannot thank the staff enough for making my family feel so welcome and looking after us so well!

We loved everything about the property, right from the check in, to check out.. the family who is running the property are exceptionally sweet and helpful. Food is so delicious and the rooms and facilities are mind blowing. It was like home away from home. Haven’t been so comfortable on any trip as much as we were at happy man village. Everything was perfect. When my wife made the booking, I didn't expect many facilities. I only agreed to stay only one night at Villa 45 because our main day was planned for the next day. After staying at Villa 45 I was so happy since it was worth it in every aspect. The caretaker of the property Mr. Raj was really helpful, and also the owner Mr. Nipun took care of everything we need. When I ask him to book a river safari boat he quickly arranged it for an affordable price. I must mention the 'Maadu' river safari was amazing. My overall experience was really awesome and I highly recommend Villa 45.
