Such a hospitality of the villa owners! They made us feel like home. The room was very clean. We got everything we needed to stay 11 nights. Great shower and comfortable bed. Lovely terrace to spend evenings. Having a fridge was also a huge plus. It was lovely hearing singing birds in the garden and watching wildlife. I miss our mornings having lovely breakfasts in the terrace!

Homeowners were lovely, kind people, helped us to the wine store and book an appointment for a massage. Also recommended the Madu river safari and booked it for us. The rooms were amazing and felt very luxurious and new. Food they made was delicious and the beach behind the villa felt almost like a private beach, and the waves were great to play in. The rooms are lovely and clean and there are only 4/5 rooms in total which make it very peaceful and relaxing. It is a couple of minutes walk from a soft sandy beach. The staff were outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was utterly delicious! We ate the devilled prawns with side dishes of salad, rice and fries which I highly recommend as well as the banana fritters for desert. The breakfast was also wonderful. We stayed just one night before travelling back to the airport but I wish we had stayed longer! I cannot thank the staff enough for making my family feel so welcome and looking after us so well!

We have returned to this hotel for the second time. Both times we felt as if we had not arrived at a hotel, but as guests. The hosts' hospitality and unobtrusive care made it possible to completely relax. Great attention to detail. The culinary skills of the hostess delighted us at breakfast, lunch and dinner, very tasty food and huge portions. We have never tasted such good food anywhere else in Sri Lanka. A wonderful large area surrounded by nature allowed us to feel the true beauty and authenticity of Sri Lanka. European perception of cleanliness and order. We were very lucky - the hosts invited us to watch a night visit of a turtle on the coast nearby. This hotel is the best choice in Sri Lanka, we hope we will have the opportunity to come back here again.

Everything was perfect. When my wife made the booking, I didn't expect many facilities. I only agreed to stay only one night at Villa 45 because our main day was planned for the next day. After staying at Villa 45 I was so happy since it was worth it in every aspect. The caretaker of the property Mr. Raj was really helpful, and also the owner Mr. Nipun took care of everything we need. When I ask him to book a river safari boat he quickly arranged it for an affordable price. I must mention the 'Maadu' river safari was amazing. My overall experience was really awesome and I highly recommend Villa 45.
