Eaasy walk along historic part of townto river and other facilties. Obviously relatively new the terrace is being rebuilt and a rooftop bar is great (was not open yet). Rooms are great (saw two), large and well appointed. Breakfast room/restaurant is pleasant and has a piano. Indoor bar looks great.

Also the kitchen was nicely stocked with all necessary utensils. hen we arrived it was also very nice and warm. It's walking distance to the city center and there's a bus stop near by. The host was nice and provided the keys on arrival. We also managed to easily agree on organizational changes.
