One of the best hostels in Almaty, I would say. This hostel is a gem. The rooms are very clean. Oscar and his colleague are very courteous. The owner is very accommodating, understanding, and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to help us with every question we have. Everything you need is provided: basic toiletries, towels, washing machine, dryer, kettle, hairdryer, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, and cooking facilities. You can also store your luggage if you need to leave for another city for a day or two. The room rate is affordable and reasonable. The location is near grocery stores, bus stops, and restaurants. I hope they maintain this level of service, as they help a lot of travelers and tourists.

I had a really good stay. Clean room, good location and quite. The breakfast was really nice. Nuri was really kind and help me a lot with organizing my tour in Almaty. I booked a tour with the manager and it was really good!

Price versus what you get is very fine. Owner picked me up from airport at 06:00h. in the morning! Bathroom necessities like toothpaste and brush, shampoo, soap are there. Location is good and on walking distance to center. Maybe something like 20-30 minutes. Breakfast is served to you. Almaty is amazing with the beautiful Mountains so close. Take bus Number 12 to get there or take taxi. From Almaty I went to Bishek. At the busstation you can buy a ticket for mini-van, but I went for taxi and paid 5000 Tenge to the border. You have to wait till car is full. At other side of border you take another taxi to city. Will cost something like 200 to 300 Som. You cross border by feet.

Room was clean everything is clean, Smell good. The staff very accommodating specially to Mr. Tim there’s also restaurant beside hotel their food is good they serve rice 😅 coz rice is life! 🇵🇭

The property is everything that one can ask for. It’s located very close to the city centre, has super markets, atms , cafés and restaurants nearby. Apart from this the property was so well maintained, the rooms look so royal and are very clean and spacious, with so much space to keep your belongings and desk to work. It also has a beautiful kitchen where I loved cooking and working when there was no one at home. The host Victoria is just so sweet and amazing, she made sure I didn’t have any problem during my stay. I have stayed in Hundreds of hostels/ home stays. This one is right up there. I really really loved the room and the stay. Would highly highly recommend it . 10/10
