One of the best hostels in Almaty, I would say. This hostel is a gem. The rooms are very clean. Oscar and his colleague are very courteous. The owner is very accommodating, understanding, and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to help us with every question we have. Everything you need is provided: basic toiletries, towels, washing machine, dryer, kettle, hairdryer, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, and cooking facilities. You can also store your luggage if you need to leave for another city for a day or two. The room rate is affordable and reasonable. The location is near grocery stores, bus stops, and restaurants. I hope they maintain this level of service, as they help a lot of travelers and tourists.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the property has a wonderful apple garden with a traditional nomad tent. Breakfast was great and the surrounding area provides for great morning walks once you reach the Esentai river.

Le personnel!!! :) Dina et Murat ont été exceptionnels. Attentifs et soucieux de mes questions,j'ai été charmé. Tout était propre et soigné. La chambre très confortable et bien décorée. Les repas étaient très bons et la salle à mangé très invitante. L'emplacement est idéal pour la visite en montagne. Pour la randonnée et pour le ski.

Spacious, clean and good location. Can go to the central just on foot. Strong shower. The host is really welcoming, friendly and helpful. He cooked us breakfast at 6:00 in the morning!

The room is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and markets. The hotel owner is extremely kind and hospitable, eagerly guiding us to must-visit places in Almaty with stunning views. (We absolutely loved Shymbulak!) He even gave us a ride to the cable car ticket entrance and was very attentive throughout our trip. 20 out of 10! :X We had a fantastic time in Kazakhstan! :D

The property is everything that one can ask for. It’s located very close to the city centre, has super markets, atms , cafés and restaurants nearby. Apart from this the property was so well maintained, the rooms look so royal and are very clean and spacious, with so much space to keep your belongings and desk to work. It also has a beautiful kitchen where I loved cooking and working when there was no one at home. The host Victoria is just so sweet and amazing, she made sure I didn’t have any problem during my stay. I have stayed in Hundreds of hostels/ home stays. This one is right up there. I really really loved the room and the stay. Would highly highly recommend it . 10/10
