You'll be able to experience a japanese housing neighbourhood outside of the bustling city. Host was very nice and ensure that the environment is comfortable for everyone. Host was able to converse english well and has a sense of humor. The ground floor is a good place for chat with other guests. Suitable for extroverts.

Good location (nearby Hikifune metro station, which is only few stations away from the town like Tokyo station or Asakusa, and nearby covenient stores and restaurants as well). The owner is super nice and gave us a warm welcoming and a good care. The accommodation was cozy, comfortable and gave a local-alike feeling. The place was wide enough for 3 women to stay in comfortably. Totally recommended. Also, we can see a Tokyo Sky Tree from the street around the accommodation.

Staff was very polite, helpful and tried to do everything to make our stay most pleasant. The room was not big (located in the middle of the city, totally expected) but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The owner, Satoshi, is a lovely person! He was very helpful and knowledgeable for someone who has never travelled to Japan (or anywhere out of Australia for that matter!) made my first overseas hostel a great experience. His English is great too! The other guests were also kind and easy to spend time with in the communal area, I think this place attracts nice people haha

Hisayo's guesthouse is in a prime location if you have a flight to/from Haneda. I had the Japanese Room and it's super comfortable. Also there is a nice communal area where you can meet other nice people. The owner is the most friendly person you will meet on your Japan trip. I will always come back when I have a flight from HND.

This property has an amazing and tranquil atmosphere. It has a traditional Japanese house aesthetic with a beautiful garden, full of history but modernized. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable too! There’s slippers, towels, Yukatas provided for the guests. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, and there was so many interesting things we talked about over breakfast. I definitely loved the special homemade orange marmalade that was part of breakfast. This space is ideal for couples or small families who want a peaceful and quiet place to stay in.

Staying at Hanare was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were personal, generous with their time and knowledgeable. We loved the breakfast and thoughtful note left for us by our host. The area is a creative hub, a wonderful place to wander and enjoy the cafes and small eateries/bars. We would love to stay again!

The hosts are very nice. The place is clean and overall a great choice. Be careful regarding the address, if you put it in google maps you’ll only get the general area, use the directions in booking.
