Room was comfortable, close to the piazza, nice terrace, proprietor was nice, breakfast was at a bar nearby - nice place for caffe.

Really unique room at this B&B in the centro storico. Our room was actually below grade with a little window on one side and a door on the other side that were at street level. Sounds strange, but it was actually quite cozy feeling with most of the original stone exposed, including the barrel vault ceiling. Bed was super comfy and the room was clean and tidy with several extras such as a mini fridge and kettle for tea, and a compact clothes hanging device that we really appreciated because we travel light with only carry on bags. Any time we can wash and hang a few items of clothing it's a bonus. Our host was available via Whats App for any questions, and recommended some cafes for breakfast (not included) and a great pizza restaurant. Location was excellent, about 8 minutes walk from the train station and very central so we could walk everywhere. Excellent value for the money.

Always nice to come back here. Cozy, like in a house outside the city. Cleaned up. Fresh air and silence, just what you need to relax after the road. Maybe someone will say that it is old-fashioned here, but I see it's own style and charm in this. Thank you, we will be glad to come back again

The owner of apartment Stefano is very helpful and responsive. Place is in the very heart of Sammichele, with many great restaurants nearby and charming streets lining the area. Delicious Italian breakfasts were provided at very nice cafe nearby.
