We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice. The hosts were very helpful and without us even asking gave us detailed instructions on how best to get to the apartment from the airport including which boat to get and where to stop etc. which was hugely appreciated. They checked in with us on the second day to see if there was anything else they could do. It is located perfectly, in a quiet area but still close enough to the main area in the city. The apartment it itself is just beautiful. Very spacious, clean and modern with aircon and WiFi. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommended to any our friends wanting to stay in Venice.

Everything about the room was great. The AC did stop working for a little while once but fixed itself and got going again. Haha. In the meantime there was a portable air conditioner in the room which we were able to utilize which worked great. Nothing really to complain about. The staff were friendly, wifi excellent, room was clean, facilities wonderful and location was perfect.

Good location near San Marco, best accessed via water if you come from the airport. The room was enough for two days. Clean private bathroom, spacey room and clean bed, little kitchen area with refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. I was always in touch with the owner who gave me super clear instructions.

The property looked the exactly what was offered. it’s nice and quiet. it’s easy to get to by water taxi from the mainland. I like how it had all the amenities I needed for my 2 night stay.

The room was big and very cosy and the location was close to city center and all the things that are important to visit. The building itself was perfect, we had the opportunity to be checked there just in time an art gallery took places. Even though we shared a bathroom we never have to wait for our turn and also the staff cleaned it every day.
