Our room was perfect, just what we needed for 3 nights. Very comfortable beds & spotless. The location is really the best & and close to everything. Massimo was outstanding. His attention to detail was next level. His recommendations for local restaurants & things to do was brilliant and he made us feel at home. We drove there & he arranged a disk for us to display in the car so we could park in the town. Thank you Massimo, we will definitely come and stay with you again when we are in Modena

Nydelig,stort rom med stukkaturer og fin innredning. Vi fikk brus og vann på huset uten å måtte betale ekstra. Vi fikk også kaffe/te og croissant uten å ha bestilt det. For en service! I tillegg fikk vi lov til å sjekke inn utenom resepsjonstiden. Deilig aircondition og makeløs beliggenhet midt i sentrum

We choose this B&B because the close distance to both Modena as Maranello as we were visiting the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums. The owner was very nice and helpfull. Very clean room. Comfiest bed ever in a B&B or hotel.
