completely unbelievable. The craftsmanship, hospitality and facilities are literally off the charts. Truly a one of a kind place. The views, ambiance, location, all of it was literally unbelievable. Super comfortable beds, great bathrooms, super quiet and great hosts. The work that has gone into this place is world renowned, honestly. The level of craftsmanship that went into the modernization is truly in another level. 1700s history and feel with all the modern amenities. Super hosts. just book it, you’ll thank me later.

Great place to stay! We were a bit afraid of booking it because of some bad reviews we read online. But we were so positively surprised once we got there. Small family business, good food and very nice owners. The room was simple, very clean and much more comfortable than other "high standard" places we've booked. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is located in the quiet commune of Charvensod, near Aosta, accessible by local bus nr 4. You can reach Aosta by climbing down the trails, passing a local bar trattoria, or by taking the bus that stops around the corner. Just 100 meters from the hotel, there's an excellent pizzeria, "al forno," with delicious dishes at good prices. Ideal for hikers, mountain trails start almost in the hotel's backyard. While breakfast isn't included, a nearby restaurant 200 meters away offers breakfast for 6 euros. The host is polite and welcoming, providing useful information in both French and English.

The owner Luciano is very kind. He responded to every inquiry and request in the shortest possible time. Apartments are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Restaurant is no longer under the apartment, so parking is provided in front of the entrance.

Great breakfast options with an excellent selection of gluten free options. Flavia was an exceptional host! She helped us with dinner and gave us some suggestions for activities. She was knowledgeable in the local places that had gluten free options. Location is perfect for exploring the walking center of the city.
