Andrea was absolutely fantastic from the moment we arrived to leave our luggage early so we could explore Cernobbio to when we left. She went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much, offering to drive us when there were no taxis (pre book if you can!!!). I could not have asked for more from her. A genuinely lovely touch. The bedrooms were super clean and fresh laundry everyday was a welcome site after a long day.
